چکیده
هدف: پیشرفت­های اخیر در زمینه­ی عوامل موثر در رشد شغلی بر ویژگی­های والدین به عنوان نخستین تاثیرگذاران در این مسیر تاکید می­نمایند. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل والدینی موثر بر رشد شغلی می­باشد.روش: این پژوهش یک پژوهش کیفی با طرح پدیدار شناسی تفسیری می­باشد. نمونه پژوهش حاضر را تعداد 13 مشارکت کننده ( 8 مرد و 5 زن) از دانشجویان دانشگاه­ها و موسسات آموزش عالی شهر بجنورد تشکیل می­دهد که نمره رشد شغلی و انطباق پذیری شغلی آنها یک انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین بوده است. این نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب گردید و سپس داده­ها با استفاده از روش مصاحبه­ی نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری و از طریق روش دیکلمن کدگذاری و تحلیل گردید.یافته­ها: نتایج تحلیل مصاحبه­ها منجر به استخراج 759 کد اولیه، 23 مفهوم و 9 مقوله مشتمل بر حمایت عاطفی، بستر اکتشاف، بستر خوگردانی، بستر خودکفایی، بستر خودکارآمدی شغلی، فرارفتن از روایت­های غالب، حمایت اطلاعاتی، روابط اجتماعی تضمین شده و درگیر شدن می­باشد.نتیجه­گیری: ضمن تاکید بر عوامل والدینی موثر بر رشد شغلی، نتایج پژوهش حاضر بیانگر فرایندهایی است که از طریق آن فرزندان در جهت اکتشاف شغلی و بسترهای منجر به رشد شغلی بیشتر گام برمی­دارند.

Aim: recent advancement in the area of factor influencing career development emphasizes on parents’ characteristics as the first influential ones in this area.
Methods: this research is a qualitative research with interpretative phenomenological design. Research sample consists of ۱۳ participants (۸ males and ۵ females) among students of universities and higher education institutes of Bojnord city, that their score on career development and career adoptability is one standard deviation higher than mean. This sample was selected by purposeful and snowball sampling. Then, data was collected by semi-structured interview and was coded and analyzed by Dicklman method.
results: results of interviews’ analysis led to extracting ۷۵۹ primary codes, ۲۳ concepts, and ۹ items consisted of emotional support, exploration context, self-regulation context, self-sufficiency context, career self-efficacy context, going beyond prevailing narratives, information support, guaranteed social relationships, and involvement.
conclusion: while emphasizing on parental factors influencing on career development, results of current research suggest processes by which, children take steps toward career exploration and beds leading to more career developments.
