چکیده
گروه نمونه شامل 25 مادر (میانگین سنی 30 سال) مراجعه‌کننده به خانه‌های سلامت و اسباب‌بازی منطقه 10 شهرداری تهران، دارای کودک 4-6 سال و داوطلب شرکت در پژوهش بود که به دو گروه (آزمایش 13 و گواه 12 نفر) تقسیم شدند. در مرحله پیش‌آزمون، دو گروه سیاهه رفتاری والدین و نیز سیاهه رفتاری کودک آیبرگ را تکمیل کردند. 6 جلسه برنامه آموزش والدین در طول 2 ساعت برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. نتایج حاصل از مقایسه میانگین پس‌آزمون گروه‌ها با تحلیل کوواریانس، نشان داد برنامه آموزش والدین، بهبود روش‌های فرزندپروری و بعد کنترل قاطعانه مادران گروه آزمایش را به دنبال داشت. تفاوت معناداری در دیگر ابعاد روش‌های فرزندپروری و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان بین گروه‌های آزمایشی و گواه مشاهده نشد. یافته‌های پژوهش بر پایه مفهوم روش‌ها و ابعاد فرزندپروری، نقش تفاوت‌های فرهنگی، شیوه و مؤلفه برنامه‌های آموزش والدین و نیز عامل زمان و ابزار مورد بحث قرار گرفته‌است. به منظور بهبود روش‌های فرزندپروری مادران و کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان بر اساس برنامه «فرزندپروری کودک نافرمان» (لانگ و فورهند، 2002) مطالعه‌ای شبه‌آزمایشی از نوع گروه‌های نامعادل انجام شد.

The efficacy of a parent-training program based on “Strong Willed Children” for promoting mother’s parenting practices and decreasing childrenn’s behavioural problems was examined among families with 4-6 years old children. A sample of 25 volunteer mothers (mean age=30) and their children from play houses were collected and assigned into intervention (n=13) and comparison (n=12) groups. Parents completed measures of Children’s Reports of Parental Behavior Inventory (CRPBI; Margolies & Weintraub, 1977;) including three dimensions of acceptance/rejection, psychological autonomy/ psychological control, firm control/ permissive control; and Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI; Eyberg & Ross, 1978). Intervention group participated in a 6 -session of Parent training program weekly. The results showed that Parent training program significantly improved the parenting practices and firm control of mothers in experimental group. No significant differences was found in other dimensions of parenting practices and children’s behavioural problems among two groups. Explanations for obtaining different outcomes for behavioural problems and some dimensions of parenting based on cultural differences, measurements and length of the programme were discussed.
