چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سرمایة روان‌شناختی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی بر عملکرد ورزشکاران نخبه و ارائه مدل طراحی و اجرا گردید.
روش‌ها: این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف از نوع پژوهش های کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا میدانی و به لحاظ نوع تحلیل توصیفی - همبستگی می­باشد. جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل ورزشکاران نخبه کشور ایران بودند که اطلاعات جامعی در خصوص تعداد آنان در دسترس نبود. بر حسب انتخاب دردسترس با توجه به فرمول حجم کوکران در شرایط نامشخص بودن جامعه، تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص شدند. پس از توزیع و جمع‌آوری پرسش‌نامه‌های پژوهش تعداد 361 پرسش‌نامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: . نتایج: مطابق با نتایج پژوهش مشخص شد سرمایة روان‌شناختی بر عملکرد ورزشکاران نخبه (468/0= تأثیر، 001/0=P) تأثیر معناداری دارد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد سرمایة فرهنگی  (198/0= تأثیر، 001/0=P) و سرمایة اجتماعی بر عملکرد ورزشکاران نخبه (289/0= تأثیر، 001/0=P) تأثیر معناداری دارد.
نتیجه گیری: بر این ‌اساس، پیشنهاد می‌شود تیم ها و باشگاه­های ورزشی با برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی روند مثبتی در جهت شکل‌گیری و ارتقای سرمایة روان‌شناختی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی ورزشکاران ایجاد نمایند.

Purpose: The present study aims to investigate the impact of psychological, cultural, and social capital on the performance of elite athletes and provide a model for design and implementation.
Methods: This research is classified as applied research in terms of objective, field research in terms of method, and descriptive-correlational analysis in terms of analysis. The population of this study consisted of elite athletes in Iran, for whom comprehensive information was not available. Using Cochran's formula for unknown population conditions, a sample of 384 individuals was selected. After distributing and collecting the research questionnaires, 361 questionnaires were analyzed.
Results: The research findings indicated that psychological capital significantly affects elite athletes' performance (P=0.001). Additionally, cultural capital (P=0.001) and social capital (P=0.001) were found to have a significant impact on the performance of elite athletes.
Conclusion: Based on these results, it is recommended that sports teams and clubs promote the development of psychological, cultural, and social capital among athletes by organizing training courses to enhance their performance.
